Architecture studio websites exist to do one thing: demonstrate the quality of the work without getting in the way of it. The design challenge is restraint — a system that organises and surfaces projects, people, and recognition, then steps back and lets the photography and drawings carry the weight.
Project Architecture
The project post type is the central content structure. Each project carries a structured set of metadata — programme type, location, area, status (completed, under construction, competition), client type, and associated awards — that drives filtering, related project logic, and structured data output. Projects are cross-referenced with team members who led or contributed to them, building a connected entity graph between the studio, its people, and its work.
Design System
The design language is deliberately minimal: a two-weight type scale, a monochromatic palette with a single accent drawn from the studio’s brand, and a grid architecture that gives full-bleed project imagery absolute priority. No gradients, no shadows, no decorative UI. The system performs the same across devices — the fluid layout collapses to a single-column mobile view without visual compromise.
