The Person Behind the Studio

We Build for the People Who Use It.

Not just for the brief. Not just for the deadline. For the person on the other end of the screen — because that's who it's actually for.

The Background

Eleven Years. One Constant.

I'm Panagiota Lagka (Founder) Web Application Developer, Software Architect, and SEO / GEO specialist based in Palaio Faliro, Athens, Greece. For 12 years I've been taking businesses that exist in the physical world and engineering their presence in the digital one. That starts with understanding how the business actually works, not just what it wants to look like.

My approach to organic search is built on over eleven years of direct, hands-on engagement — including intensive self-directed study of Google's own technical documentation, search quality guidelines, and algorithm research. That depth doesn't come from a certificate: it comes from years of applied work on real systems that earn real visibility. I hold qualified certificates in Web Application Technologies from the University of Michigan and Object-Oriented PHP from Udemy, and I'm internationally licensed to work with clients across the EU and beyond. I founded Eunoia Web Design first; Nexus AI is its natural evolution into more complex, AI-native work.

What hasn't changed across eleven years is the central belief: the end user is the goal. Every data structure I choose, every architecture decision I make, and every line of code I write is evaluated against one question — does this serve the person who will actually use it? That constraint, held consistently, is what separates systems that last from ones that need rewriting in two years.

How I Think

Three Things That Don't Change.

Understand the business before the brief

Every engagement begins with understanding how the client's business actually operates — the workflows, the edge cases, the things that aren't in any document. A system built on that understanding lasts. One built on a PDF spec alone usually doesn't.

Architecture before implementation

I decide structure before I write code. Data models, API contracts, namespace architecture — these are agreed on paper first. The cost of changing a naming convention in a lang file is low. The cost of restructuring a production database mid-project is not.

Build for the person at the end

The client is not the end user. The people who interact with the system every day are. Performance, accessibility, logical navigation, fast load times — these aren't features, they're obligations. I hold them as non-negotiable from line one.

Technical Depth

Areas of Expertise

Python has been integrated into app development over the past year as a scripting and automation layer — applied where it adds value, not positioned as a primary specialism.

  • LLM Integration & RAG Pipeline Architecture
  • PHP 8.3+ Application Engineering
  • Code Refactoring & System Modernisation
  • Entity-Based SEO & Knowledge Graph Optimisation
  • AI Product Engineering — Plugins & Custom Web Apps
  • Core Web Vitals & Performance Engineering
  • Python — AI & Application Integration
Operational Infrastructure

Single-Point Accountability. Elastic Scale.

Nexus AI operates on an elite studio model directed exclusively by a single principal software architect. This ensures absolute structural integrity: every data model, security boundary, and code deployment passes through a single point of technical accountability. You work directly with the engineer building your system, eliminating account managers, agency overhead, and communication loss.

However, enterprise-tier applications and high-stakes digital transformations often require diverse execution lines. To support large-scale initiatives, Nexus AI relies on an elastic network architecture. Over 11 years in the engineering ecosystem, I have cultivated a resilient node-network of senior developers, deep technical specialists, and partner digital agencies.

When a brief demands concurrent workstreams — such as intensive penetration testing, high-volume frontend asset creation, or complex database refactoring — the studio seamlessly activates these trusted nodes. Nexus AI serves as the centralised hub, orchestrating the architecture and reviewing every commit, so the final delivery functions as a unified, coherent system.

Working Together

What to Expect.

Engagements begin with a conversation, not a proposal. I need to understand the problem before I can tell you what it will take to solve it — and you should expect me to ask questions that go well beyond the brief.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's a deliberate constraint, not a capacity limitation. It means I stay involved, I stay invested, and the work I produce reflects that.
